The Sacred Sons members included Pastor John Davis, Minister Seneca Bonds, III, Stephen (J.R.) Anderson, Jr., and Jarele Bonds.
The two groups have now joined forces and are collectively known as The Sacred Sons of Zion. Their new CD is titled Good News. Not only are the members outstanding vocalists, they are songwriters, musicians, composers and producers. The public is the beneficiary of all this talent by way of the CD Good News.
There are really some great songs on the CD. Like the ballads “Lord You’ve Done,” “I’ll Go,” “Changed” and an extended version of “Near The Cross.” For those that are looking for an upbeat tempo song listen to titled track, “Good News.”

Make no mistake about it, Amos Records is the “Home of Rev. Stanley Amos & The Joyful Heirs.” Amos Records is an independent label that also owns and operates a gospel recording studio located in Union, Mississippi.
The label’s release Let Jesus Fix It by Rev. Stanley Amos & The Joyful Heirs was the subject of a review by Gloryland Gospel in 2006. The label’s newest release by the group is Good Will Follow You.
In addition to ‘self-recording’ his own group, Minister Amos’ studio has been used by The Corinth Male Chorus, The Magnificent True Disciples,The Sons of Zion, Pastor Theodis Horton, The Kings Of Joy, The Carthage Jubilees, Family In Christ, Brothers For Christ, Evangelist Genetha Blunt, The McKinstry Brothers, Evangelist Dorothy Cole, Pastor Tony Campbell, Pastor OJ Hudson, Pastor Zachary Operton, Pastor Teroy Hibbler, and Chaplin Melvin Hendricks.
It is obvious that Minster Amos realized that – to be successful in the gospel music industry, sometime you have to be more than just an artist.
